CEU Information — Nevada Social Workers

12 instructional hours (Sat & Sun) are approved for CEU credit through the Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers.
Friday evening is experiential only and does not count toward CEUs.
Nevada renewal requires 30–36 biennial CEU hours: LCSW & LISW require 36; LSW & LASW require 30.
Participants are responsible for submitting certificates to the Nevada Board upon license renewal.
Certificates will clearly indicate CEUs earned and any cultural competency hours included.

Training Investment

The Sound Healing Facilitator Certification (September 25–27) is $1,500. Limited payment plans may be available upon request. Please complete the financial statement below honestly to help us support your enrollment.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final once enrollment is confirmed and course materials, onboarding access, or CEU/certification resources are issued. Because materials are delivered upon registration, no refunds are provided for the Sound Healing Facilitator Certification. If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer to a future training date, subject to availability, provided the request is made in writing at least 7 days prior to the training start date (Friday, September 25). Transfers do not reset certification requirements. Missed sessions, partial attendance, or non-participation do not qualify for refunds. Flowing Lotus Center, LLC reserves the right to deny transfer requests in cases of repeated rescheduling, policy abuse, or if a future cohort is full.

Payment Plan Policy

Payment plans may be offered on a limited basis and must be approved prior to enrollment confirmation. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Flowing Lotus Center, LLC to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. The full balance must be paid prior to the training start date to receive entry, certification documentation, and CEU certificates. If a payment fails, you will be given a short grace period to update payment details; continued non-payment may result in forfeiture of your enrollment. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of attendance or completion. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a payment, you agree to contact us promptly prior to the due date. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after enrollment is confirmed, certification eligibility and training access may be revoked pending resolution.
